Fred Santarpia is a digital media and business transformation expert. He currently serves as President of Endeavor Streaming, where he spearheads the company’s global expansion strategy helping media companies navigate the evolving direct to consumer landscape. Before joining Endeavor Streaming, Fred was Chief Digital Officer at Condé Nast, where he led the digital transformation of the 100-year-old publishing company, including founding and launching the digital arm of CNE, Condé Nast’s film & entertainment division. Prior to Condé Nast, Fred was a founding member of the leadership team at music video & entertainment company Vevo and served as EVP & General Manager. Prior to Vevo, Fred held a variety of senior finance & technology leadership roles at Universal Music Group, the world’s largest recorded music company. Fred is a graduate of Villanova University and holds an M.S. in finance from Boston University. He currently resides in New Jersey.  

As Chief Marketing Officer of Endeavor Streaming, Fern oversees the company’s global strategy, including branding, advertising, product and customer marketing, events, analytics, content development, and creative design. She is responsible for building and strengthening Endeavor Streaming’s brand, supporting growth strategies and increasing demand for its products and solutions globally. With more than 20 years in the media and technology industries, Fern has developed an impeccable reputation for strategic marketing leadership and a passion for building brands. She brings a wealth of experience in operations, business strategy, and general management, having held senior roles at Xandr/AT&T, Vox Media, PubMatic, Hearst, Univision, and CBS. A native of Brazil, Fern moved to the U.S. after graduating high school. She holds a chemistry degree from Smith College.

Gonçalo Luiz is Chief Technology Officer, Platform of Endeavor Streaming. Since 2015, he has helped steer the platform vision and implementation to evolve Endeavor Streaming into a global leader in the OTT market. Backed by a highly talented engineering team, he has overseen the onboarding of dozens of content properties and the acquisition of millions of users, all while providing customers with a best-in-class end-to-end experience. Prior to Endeavor Streaming, Gonçalo held leadership positions at Livestream, Photobox, Sportingbet, and Impresa, among others. He holds a degree in computer science and math from the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Portugal. 

Peter Bellamy is Chief Commercial Officer at Endeavor Streaming. In his role, Peter oversees the global commercial business, working with prospects and partners to drive OTT initiatives. He is also responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of clients, helping to define and deliver their go-to-market and post-launch strategies. Peter joined Endeavor Streaming as part of the acquisition of NeuLion in 2018. Prior to NeuLion, Peter was Commercial Director at Saffron Digital, an OTT start-up he helped develop into a market leader in movie and TV-focused OTT. This led to the successful sale of Saffron Digital into NeuLion. Previously, Peter also held commercial positions at BSkyB working on sports and entertainment media rights deals. He is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University in South Yorkshire, England.

As Chief Business Officer at Endeavor Streaming, Matthew oversees the company’s Corporate Strategy, Media Advisory and Growth Marketing business lines, in addition to the Product organization. Before joining Endeavor Streaming, Matthew was President of Media and Original Content at Spring Studios, and before that, he was part of the founding team of Condé Nast Entertainment’s digital arm, where he later became General Manager of Digital. He has also held roles at VEVO, AIG SunAmerica, and Agilis Equity Partners throughout his career. Matthew is a graduate of Villanova University and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.

Myo Latt is an innovative leader with over a decade of senior management experience in architecting, developing, and supporting streaming application platforms. As SVP of Platform Operations at Endeavor Streaming, Myo is responsible for overseeing global streaming operations and platform support. Prior to this position, he served as SVP of Platform Governance at Endeavor Streaming, where he oversaw platform support, private cloud, cyber security, and compliance teams. Myo joined Endeavor Streaming as SVP of Operations Infrastructure following the acquisition of NeuLion in 2018. He was a founding member of NeuLion and held various senior leadership roles in development and operations. In these roles, he was pivotal in launching and supporting streaming services for popular sports and media organizations including the NFL, NBA, NHL, UFC, Univision, Rogers, Sky New Zealand, and many others. Before that, he was a founding member of iCanSP and a developer at Computer Associates. Myo earned a degree in computer science at Queens College, City University of New York.
